I also couldn't play the files and the video was greyed out. I went back to previous projects that had worked and found the same issue. Here's a screenshot. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the display drivers (at Radeon 21.3.1 now), made sure windows was up to date, and ran the audio, chipset, LAN, and VGA installers from MSI. .
