It's been tilting more to horde pretty strongly since BFA and warmode after being nearly perfectly 50/50 during WoD and much of Legion but it's still far better then the other rp servers. Prob a 70-30 split. Stormrage and Sargeras are both very active Alliance realms. I moved to Proudmoore for this expansion and am loving it. It's packed and there's always people around. Not sure what the split is though. It's almost entirely Alliance. Stormrage.. Pink pill 44 329

Nagrand is pre good, its also linked with Caelestrasz so the split pre much becomes 50/50 give or take 10-15%.
