Looks to be be a fairly new edelbrock carb. It runs/drives good, except for hills/inclines. I can be cruising along at 65/70 mph, but if theres a long incline Im down to 40 and it starts to ... The fuel pump should be on the passenger side of the engine. Down low most likely you'll have to get under it to find. Where is the fuel pump and the fuel filter located on a 1983 chevy southwind (454 eng.) ?
